The CySEC has announced that from May 2023 (Reporting for April 2023), the Form of the Monthly Prevention Statements (MPS) for AML/CFT purposes, shall be submitted via the CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (TRS).
Regulated entities should be informed that the existing Form 114-08-11 has been replaced by the new MPS form, which can be found in the Appendix of the relevant Circular C567.
The first release of the Form will take place in May 2023 covering the period of 01/04/2023 – 30/04/2023. Thereafter, the Form must be submitted on a monthly basis within 15 days from the end of each month.
