Company Formation

Company Formation process:

Republic of Cyprus:

The company formation process will usually take up to 10 business days and it consists of:

 

  • Name Approval Application;
  • Drafting of the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the proposed legal entity by an experienced and licensed by the Cyprus Bar Association lawyer;
  • Preparation of the required incorporation forms;
  • Online submission of the incorporation application with the Registrar of Companies.

Other European & Offshore Jurisdictions:

The company formation process depends on the local requirements of each jurisdiction, but they all have in common the following:

 

  • Name Approval Application;
  • Preparation of required incorporation forms;
  • Drafting of Memorandum & Articles of Association or equivalent document.

Corporate Services

  • European Union trademark

Filing and registering a European Union trademark (EUTM) before the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) gives you the fastest and the most cost-effective protection of a trademark throughout the European Union. The EUTM registration is valid in all 27 EU countries and may be obtained by filing a single application to the EUIPO.

  • International registration

For international safeguards of trademarks, the International Registration System allows a trademark owner to obtain protection in any of the countries that have joined the Madrid Protocol by filing a single application with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
