The CySEC has announced that Form 87-03-01 has been updated. Cyprus investment firms are obliged to use the updated Form for the calculation of their annual fees.
When submitting the Form 87-03-01 to CySEC, Cyprus Investment Firms should also attach as appendices the following documents:
- The extract from the audited financial statements where the total turnover of the corresponding year (2022) is disclosed.
- Evidence of the payment of the annual fees to the CySEC.
The deadline for the submission of the duly completed and signed Form 87-03-01 is the 30th of April 2023 and the submission should be made via CySEC’s portal.
