The Seychelles Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) has issued a notice (Circular No 5 of 2023) that with effect on June 7th 2023 12.00 p.m. the FIU will be launching its goAML live platform for mandatory reporting of STR and SAR only by Reporting Entities.
With the launch of the platform, the FIU will not be accepting any paper reporting by reporting entities, as it relates to STR and SAR submission, after the effective date.
Note that the goAML live has not been extended to the Threshold reporting, and as such reporting entities are advised to continue using the email threshold.reporting@fiu.sc for threshold reporting. However, the goAML testing platform will remain available using the same address until further notice.
