Our client, a regulated Global CFDs broker, is looking to hire a Back Office Administrator for their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities include

  • Assisting with the licensing and authorization process of investment firms and other financial institutions (includes local and global licensing)
  • Assisting with the operational support of investment firms and other financial institutions
  • Ensuring investment firms and financial institutions comply with the relevant laws and regulations
  • Communicating with clients and regulators with regards to ongoing support and authorizations
  • Advising clients of the impact of regulatory changes in their operations and business
  • Assist with the set up and implementation of internal policies and procedures of clients

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Law or Finance, Economics or other related field with minimum Upper Second Class or equivalent
  • CySEC Advanced Certificate
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills, attention to detail, professional discipline and strong work ethic
  • Fluent in Greek and English. Any additional languages will be considered an advantage
