On 21 September 2020, CySEC has published the latest version of the Form QST-CIF Version 5 which must be completed and submitted to CySEC by all Cypriot Investment Firms (CIFs) that were authorised by September 30, 2020, as per Circular No. 406.
The information collected is to be used by the Authority as part of its on-going monitoring and analysis process of CIFs.
The Form must be successfully submitted electronically via the CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (‘TRS’) by 15:00 hrs, Monday, November 2, 2020, at the latest, after which they will receive an official submission confirmation file. The Excel files of the form can be digitally signed.
